1015 Cartridge

What cartridge are you guys using in a 1015? I have some of those awful *51-2* remakes. They don't sound bad but you sure have to be careful sliding onto the terminals on or they will break off. The jukebox has a mix of old 78's, later 78's, and reproduction 78's so a 2 mil needle is needed. -- Tony Miklos Tony's Jukebox Repair

Seeburg TCC1

Still looking for help with this control center. The mech will scan completely to the right but will not engage the reversing relay. As stated previously normally I would suspect the reversing switch, but when my TCC is installed everything works fine. I am unable to determine where the problem lies and there is no description relevant to the problem in the manual. I am testing it in my hideaway unit. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks Rick

Wurlitzer 1250 noise

My 1250 sounds like a train wreck when loading and unloading record selection. Assume it needs lubrication but don’t know where the racket is coming from. Suggestions appreciated. Allen Sent from the all new AOL app for iOS

Seeburg stepper to use with 222?

Hi all, I could use some clarification. I've been looking for a working stepper for my Seeburg 222 jukebox. I found a reputable vendor that has an RCSU3 stepper for sale. I was told by the vendor that the RCSU3 stepper would work in my Seeburg 222 jukebox. The Tormat selector unit in my jukebox is a TSU1....code A. My manual states that Tormat selectors TSU1, TSU2 and TSU3 use an RCSU2 stepper. The RCSU3 stepper is for Tormat selectors TSU4 and TSU5. The vendor told me the RCSU3 is just an upgrade of the RCSU2. Is that a valid statement? I really do not want to invest time and money in a stepper that may harm my jukebox. Thank you for any insight you may have regarding the validity of this vendor's statement. Bruce

Seeburg TCC1

A gent brought me his TCC1 to troubleshoot. I have a LPC HIdeawaythat I use as a test bed in my shop. I installed his TCC in my test bed and upon power up it scans to the right end of travel and does not transfer to reverse. The mech just sits and the end of travel and bumps trying to continue in that direction. Normally I would suspect a reversing switch but with my TCC everything works fine. There is not a test procedure in the troubleshooting section of the manual for this condition so trying to determine what component could be defective in the circuit. Mills dance master amp

Hi All, I’m finishing up a Mills Dance Master, I have it all mechanically working and I’m now ready to work on the amp (an MCP 1644 amp). I have a schematic for it from the manual but it is not very useful because the caps and resistors are only marked with the mills ‘mcp’ catalog number and not with the actual values. The corresponding parts list has the same issue with just listing the Mills catalog numbers and not actual values. I checked with Bill Bickers at Jukebox friday night but he does not have a schematic with values or a rebuilt kit either. If anyone has a schematic or a listing of the caps and the resistors and choke for this amp please let me know. Thank you for your help. 201 selection issue

Tony, John, and group. I removed the ES from the machine, degreased / cleaned and now the machine is selecting fine. Still unsure why it was selecting fine then stopped But it’s working now and that’s good enough for me. BTW I originally posted as a 222 which was an error on my part Appreciate the help with troubleshooting Regards Rick.
