R89 strange behavior

After further troubleshooting I have narrowed the issue to the CCC. Does anyone have a known working that they would care to sell? I really need to get this machine out of my shop. Customer is getting anxious Regards Rick

Hi Terry, I rebuilt a 2304 that had rats living in it. The deck and some wheel parts had rusted. But after a thorough cleaning, replacing side laminate, rebuilding amplifier and replacing cartridge it has been very reliable for the past 10 years. I'm not very good at the sound aspect so sometimes it gets louder and quieter, but that is probably the way the needle is riding or I have an amplifier issue. Regardless, it always works when I entertain. Mine also has a broken hinge on the left side of the main glass, but I have been able to live with that. Good luck! Following up on my Findings. I got it to select and play by replacing mech controller board but the Central Computer also has issues. The amp is in constant mute mode and the mute function is controlled by the CCC But finally making progress Rick

Rock-Ola bubbler chrome

I have an early Rock-Ola bubbler in the shop and the three pilaster castings, only on the left side, the chrome is peeling off. The metal underneath, I'm guessing it's the nickel, is in as perfect condition as can be. I've never had anything chrome plated before. Anyone have any ideas what it would cost for all three? It is really odd that this happened on only the left side. Has anyone had these parts with the chrome peeling? Does anyone still make these in metal? I don't even see all three offered for sale anywhere, metal or plastic. Thanks, Tony

Chrome Plating

I have an early Rock-Ola bubbler in the shop and the three pilaster castings, only on the left side, the chrome is peeling off. Seeburg HSC1 and Wurli 1050

Hi all, I am moving from East TN back to Madison WI with one or possibly two jukeboxes. The person who serviced mine for many years when I lived there previously is winding down his business, and I probably need to look for a new person longer-term. Any leads? An upcoming project I have is that I've located a Seeburg HSC1 that I'd like to buy. I do not know how well it's working. Is there anyone interested in getting it restored for me? They aren't worth much, and I can probably have someone else refinish the wood, but I would like someone to go through the mechanism and amplifier. Also, and I hope it's ok to mention this (if not, I apologize) but I have a very well-maintained Wurlitzer 1050 for sale. I had it on eBay, but there just wasn't enough traffic, so I ended the listing. There is a link below with information, and you can reach out to me at this email if you want to make me an offer.
