First time ever having one of these NSM machines in my shop. amplifier is only outputting right channel.. Does anyone have any info on transistor cross reference from one of the us suppliers like mouser or Newark, NTE? I searched the NSM part numbers from the manual and came up empty. Regards, Rick

W2900 loading and unloading without playing.

Am looking at a WurliTzer 2900 that was not used for about a year. When I make a selection, it loads and immediately unloads at several intervals before reaching the raised selector pin. Then it continues to load and unload without being able to press down and cancel the pin. At no time the record will play out. Grateful for some guidance to start => will save me time to troubleshoot this from scratch. Thank you SHANKAR SINGH

OMT CD slipping

Working on a Wurlitzer OMT that had a bad CD player. I repaired the CD player and here in the shop when testing it, the turntable would sometimes turn faster than the CD and make some noise. Sometimes it would spin and play, but way too often it ends up putting the CD back and not playing it. I had thought that maybe my Rowe/AMI test juke was somehow different in the clamp arm, with less weight or something? I installed it back into the OMT and it's still spinning/slipping/putting CDs back. The round plastic pressure disc part of the clamp arm is just plastic, no metal and/or magnet. I *think* there was a magnet on the CD player that may have pulled the pressure disc, IF it had any metal in it. To add to the dilemma, the centering cone on the player was missing and I could not find it in the machine. I did install one but am not sure if that has to do with the problem. It doesn't appear to be. So should the pressure disc have a metal washer of sorts in it instead of a magnet?

Black Box issue

I have a Black Box that when selecting any number past 136 it picks up the wrong selection. All the 200's work fine. I replaced the box with another one in the juke and that one worked fine. WurliTzer 2900 - 3300 Tonearm Wiring.

Should these models of tonearms have 4 wires, 1 for each terminal? Or can the 2 (-) close to the cartridge end be connected to each other, so that 3 wires are used in the tonearm? Thank you SHANKAR SINGH

rockola 1448 Amp question

Hi all , is there supposed to be a power resistor betwwen pins 2 and 5 of the speaker female plug on the amp? Miine has one , the brown sandy kind, thats reading about 12 meg ohms. The schematic just shows a straight wire between 2 and 5 . 2 goes to ground. Thanks, Jim

Hi all, I was hoping for a little advice please. My Wurlitzer 2410S has just stopped working, the selector buttons do not seem to be engaging when pressed. I’ve read the manual and troubleshooting but can’t properly identify the problem/solution. It points to cleaning and adjusting the N. C control contacts as shown on page 12, but I don’t understand the instructions. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Seeburg SCC3 Code C

I installed new caps in this controller. Now C3109 (lytic) gets hot and will pop if I don’t remove the power. At first I thought I must have polarity reversed but not the case. I have a known good controller that I sat on my bench next to the trouble one and checked each component comparing one by one. Everything matches perfect. The weird part is this SCC was working in the machine before I recapped. I’m at a loss. Has anyone ever experienced this condition before? Regards Rick
