Wurlitzer 1100 dome

hi guys, I started working on a 1100 and I would like to remove the dome from the door frame. It's an incredible tight fit and it seems I have to bend the dome quite severely to get it out, any tips? I don't know if it's an original dome or a reproduction. kind regards, Peter

TSR3 Codes A B C

I’m working on a Selection receiver from a Seeburg V200 and it’s a code B. I’m looking in my manuals for the different parts lists or schematic because I have to convert it from a B to a Code C but I can’t find any literature. Parts list just says after a certain serial number use the different components listed. The issue is my good freind ordered a SS amplifier from Victory Glass and in the instructions it says, “ for use with TSR3 except code B”. We are in Canada and return shipping is prohibitive, I’m wondering if anyone has this information? Thank you, Mauro m.desimone(a)rogers.com

Paul, Error code 4 - communication - unable to establish communication with CD player Error 5 - cd response - unable to obtain the correct response from the cd player. Seeburg 100C Price?

I have this in my living room and I'm wanting a change, so I'm doing some work on an R to replace it. I would rate it as an 8 out of 10. (a 9 if you stand back further. Ha Ha ;) What's the going rate on stuff like this? If you don't want to post, please feel free to email me directly. Oh, of course the amp is rebuilt and it sounds great. R89 Strange Behavior

so it appears i am not getting any power to the detent coil but im certain my mech control card is functional. I do not have a manual for this model but can someone shed some light on that circuit and point me in the right direction? This thing is driving me crazy. Regards, Rick

R89 Strange Behavior

I'm still working on this R89 that supposedly took a lightning hit. I believe i'm almost there but now when a selection is made you hear a click from the sprag assembly but the sprag solenoid is not activating. If i reach down and manually operate the sprag lever the mag motor starts right up as soon as i let off it stops. Also the nag motor LED on the mech controller is lit but the detent is not? I have never seen this condition before so I'm looking for answers. Regards, Rick

HF100R Mech Issue

I Have a customer with a 100R that keeps getting stuck on K9 playing over and over again. I was there yesterday for the second time and made a very slight adjustment on the contact block to insure the cancel coil was resetting the pin. Then I selected A1 to observe the pin cancel (which it did) then K9 again and the pin was cancelled. I repeated this test process 3 times and each time the mech functioned accordingly. I left thinking all good. This morning a text from him again saying mech stuck on K9. Thankfully he is only 30 minutes away but it's getting old. Any thoughts on what to do or what else to check? I think I had a similar issue years ago but I don't remember what the resolution was. Regards, Rick

Hi Terry, I rebuilt a 2304 that had rats living in it. The deck and some wheel parts had rusted. But after a thorough cleaning, replacing side laminate, rebuilding amplifier and replacing cartridge it has been very reliable for the past 10 years. I'm not very good at the sound aspect so sometimes it gets louder and quieter, but that is probably the way the needle is riding or I have an amplifier issue. Regardless, it always works when I entertain. Mine also has a broken hinge on the left side of the main glass, but I have been able to live with that. Good luck! Following up on my Findings. I got it to select and play by replacing mech controller board but the Central Computer also has issues. The amp is in constant mute mode and the mute function is controlled by the CCC But finally making progress Rick

Rock-Ola bubbler chrome

I have an early Rock-Ola bubbler in the shop and the three pilaster castings, only on the left side, the chrome is peeling off. The metal underneath, I'm guessing it's the nickel, is in as perfect condition as can be. I've never had anything chrome plated before. Anyone have any ideas what it would cost for all three? It is really odd that this happened on only the left side. Has anyone had these parts with the chrome peeling? Does anyone still make these in metal? I don't even see all three offered for sale anywhere, metal or plastic. Thanks, Tony

Chrome Plating

Hi all, I am moving from East TN back to Madison WI with one or possibly two jukeboxes. The person who serviced mine for many years when I lived there previously is winding down his business, and I probably need to look for a new person longer-term. Any leads? An upcoming project I have is that I've located a Seeburg HSC1 that I'd like to buy. I do not know how well it's working. Is there anyone interested in getting it restored for me? They aren't worth much, and I can probably have someone else refinish the wood, but I would like someone to go through the mechanism and amplifier. Also, and I hope it's ok to mention this (if not, I apologize) but I have a very well-maintained Wurlitzer 1050 for sale. Hi Jukebox friends, Long time follower, very infrequent poster. 1. I want to buy a Seeburg HSC1 from Wayne Ericksmoen in La Cross WI. I don’t think he has time/energy to restore, but I am assuming it will need some TLC. Is anyone interested to work on it and bring it to Madison WI? Timeline flexible. 2. I have a Wurlitzer 1050 for sale. It’s immaculate with notable service records, but no eBay bids. Am I being unreasonable with a $6k starting bid? Rowe R89 Strange Behavior

This is going to be a bit lengthy so bear with me. I was called to a customer home for his juke not working after his home sustained a lightning hit. I was told that a TV, Pool pump, Dishwasher all damaged. His juke was not powered on during the strike but shortly after he noticed it would not accept a selection. In the display it would show first digit then when pushing 2nd digit button the display would go blank. In service mode mech magazine would not rotate but you could hear a click from the sprag solenoid. I replaced the mech controller board and no change. Next the Central computer still no change. I pulled his mech, Central computer, and power supply brought them back to my shop and tested each component one at a time in my shop machine and ALL his components work fine. He brought the complete machine to my shop for further troubleshooting. I reinstalled all his original components and now in idle state the magazine motor is constantly receiving power pulses. If I manually operate the sprag assembly the magazine starts to rotate in a slow jerky motion. I even replaced the service switch but I am now at a loss what is causing this issue. Again all his original components operate properly in my shop machine. I would welcome any input on what could be causing this. Regards, Rick
