Three days ago, Microsoft randomly started rejecting mail from this
list, apparently as well as several others, as some sort of anti-spam
measure. This caused a lot of bounces and messages about members getting
unsubscribed.
It affected hotmail.com, outlook.com, live.com and perhaps a few other
recipient domains.
I've proactively resubscribed everyone that seems to have been affected.
If you find list mail being routed to your junk folder, please follow
the link to choose "Trust this sender" which may help this kind of thing
from happening again. I have no clue what caused it, and apparently
neither does Microsoft.

Seeing as I had no takers on my recent NSM post I thought I’d try my luck
with this one😀
When making a selection the scan control Add solenoid in the SCC stays
energized after the mech starts scanning.
Looking at the Schematic I see a .01 disc cap in circuit along with the
service switch. I tried a different service switch with same result. If
that cap has failed could this be the cause of my issue?

Happy New Year!
I've spent a few more hours updating the web page!
These are very handy to the Wurlitzer technician and worth looking at
and downloading.
I watermark them with flippers.com as I don't want people selling them,
they should be free as long as I have any say in the matter...

Amp is only outputting one side. I have narrowed the problem. down to the
Centrale.
If I swap the ribbon cables between S210 & S211 on the Centrale the amp
outputs on the other side.
I have the manual and the schematic is difficult to follow. There is also
a learning curve as this is my first interaction with NSM and I’m looking
for some guidance.

Curious if anyone ever needs one of these. I don't recall seeing one
before. Not sure if they are scarce or trash. It was in an MM6, I
suppose it will work with any 1100 mech?

I see other's emails, and replies, but don’t seem to see my replies.

Happy New Year jukebox friends!
I'm looking for current users of My Vinyl to beta test a new version of
My Vinyl for both iOS devices and for the Mac. Yes, finally a version
for the Mac. For iOS you need to be at least on iOS 12 and be an
existing user of the app. For the Mac you need to be on macOS 10.15 or
better. At least I think that is the minimum version macOS required.
Please email me directly to carl(a)carlhaines.com if you are interested
and let me know if you can test for iOS, Mac, or both. It may be a week
or two before I have something ready for testing.
What's going on with the app? I am changing out the underlying database
so that I can store more information and add new features to the app.
For reasons I won't detail here I was sort of locked into the original
database schema which limited me from adding new features that would
required additional fields in the database. As a part of adding support
for a new database I had to write new code to handle the data
synchronization with iCloud. Previously I was relying on technology
provided by Apple which limited my visibility in what was going on with
iCloud and was also one of the reasons there were issues with adding new
fields to the database.
I'll provide more details to the beta testers later, but the things that
need to be tested is the migration of data from the old database to the
new database, synchronization across devices via iCloud, and the Mac
version of the app.
For those that are unfamiliar and want to know what it is, information
about the app can be found here
