Does anyone have a fairly easy way to pull the buttons so I can glue them on again? I don't have one, but I'm going to order and try a computer keyboard button puller. I don't know if it will be strong enough.

I've never had mine apart, but I'd be really careful with this plan.
As far as I know, and as far as I can see looking, the blade/spring that travels between the normaly open and normally closed contacts is the only thing holding the button back, and is what you'll be pulling against if you try to pull the buttons off the front. Bending or breaking that would probably be a step backwards from where you're at right now.
Lots of rivets in there too; I'm not sure disassembly is an option, at least without a ton of effort.
I have a few buttons that stick out a bit, but I've never had one fly off. Though I have heard about it here many times. Looking forward to hearing how the repair goes for you!

Thanks, yes I did see how pulling the buttons pulls and would most likely bend/kink the one blade. I would have a small vice grip at the opposite side to hold the metal part from causing damage to the contact blades.
This is a customers machine and it has quite a few buttons sticking out far enough that it causes, I think the ladder circuit contacts open. Then nothing after that will work.
I can push the buttons in, but if they are out far enough, pressing them hard will also bend a contact blade. I don't know if I have the words to explain this, but I put a few back into place using a pad on the key and a channel lock pliers to press on both the padded button and the steel "shaft" it goes into together without causing damage to anything. But I can't send this juke back to the owner without knowing how long it will be until they come loose again. There is constant spring pressure that pushes the buttons out loose from their "shaft". It looks like they used some type of glue on them and the glue got soft again allowing the buttons to stick out.

Sorry Tony. I feel your pain. They can be rough and can get messed up trying to pull them. I wish I could help. Good luck.

The key pullers weren't expensive but some reviews said they broke, So I bought 3 different sets. Some work better than others but they all work. Simply stick the key puller over the button and jiggle it around until it snaps in place. On the contact side I put a screwdriver in the metal slot to keep it from bending the contact blades when I pull the puller. (it's easy to understand when looking at it) They pull off with no damage anywhere.
To press them on again don't just push them in or you will bend the contact blades. I had good luck with the padding on the buttons and channel lock pliers across and on the opposite end of the metal part of the button. The process is very easy.
