Is anybody aware of a source for replacing the PCB Snap switches?? I'm working on a CD 51 model and only two of the switches have continuity.

I don't believe they are snap switches, unless they are different than other models in that era.
I've successfully cleaned many of them and they work like new. Some of them (most of them? All of them?) you have to de-solder all the switches to get the mounting plate out of the way. Then carefully pry each one apart, it's a little tricky. Clean the contact points on both pieces with a pencil eraser and put them together again making sure there is no trace of any eraser particles/dirt in there. I pull the springy ends out just a hair to give them a little more tension. I've done dozens of them and haven't had any have problems.
Since the #1 gets the most use, swap it with the reset switch.

They are called snap switches because they snap into the pcb when mounted. The tabs lock it to the board.

Do you have a part number for these switches?
I don't have a CD-51 parts book so can't check my NOS switches for you without the number...

Well that explains it. Mistakenly, I instantly thought of snap "action" switches. I haven't yet seen the ones you are talking about, sorry for my confusion.
