In 25 years of repair I’ve never had the need to change a set of turntable bushings which obviously requires turn table removal. If any members here have performed this mech surgery before are there any tips you’d care to share to make my job a bit easier?

I’m guessing that after 70 plus years the turntable has probably bonded itself to the bearing(s)

Appreciate any tips.
