My 1428 has recently developed this issue - very very low volume from speaker.  Volume control has no effect either way.  Amp has been recapped in the last 5 years.  Tubes test good.  Suggestions please. An all together different issue is that the selector drops to the very bottom and plays the last record, by-passing any other selections.  Thanks
