I have this in the shop and don't know how the factory speaker wiring was (it's all mixed up now). It has a stereo amp but only 1 woofer, 1 mid-range, and 1 tweeter. I forgot to look at the cartridge to see if the one channel is reversed like the early stereo ones. These didn't come with their own manual, only an R-91 manual which of course has left and right speakers. Also, from the factory they spliced different speaker wire around to it's hard to follow.
If someone has one of these, I'd love to know what speaker wires go where (from the factory anyway)
Tony, I got my sister one of these in cd format 10 years ago and remember noticing that it only has one woofer firing down through the bottom. What do you think the chances are it's the same wiring? It's only 3 blocks from me if you want me to have a look. Karl

It's worth a shot if you don't mind. Does it only have 1 mid-range and 1 tweeter? Either way it may help.

Thanks Mauro. While there, please take note if it has a crossover network. I had a couple out of AMI machines and I think I gave them away or trashed them. :( My shelf was getting too full and I thought... when will I need these? I'll look again.

Hi, Tony:
You might already know this, but in case you don't find your crossover, Parts Express has a good assortment of them. They aren't cheap, of course.

Just out of curiosity, I'd like to see pics of the speakers and the crossover network. Is the woofer also the "Pyle Driver"? If it is, you can't miss the sticker. The cone is heavy and has a texture something like a truck bed spray on liner. Mine rattled at low volume, the foam surround was history so I re-foamed it. You should poke your finger in there gently and see if it rattles, it shouldn't.
Tony,
Single bass speaker has yellow and yellow with black line to it. Solid yellow to red dot on speaker. Two smaller speakers below, I’m guessing mid/tweeters have white wire and white wire with black line. White wire with black line to red dot terminal. Other one has orange and orange with black line, solid orange to red dot speaker terminal. Both smaller speakers have the same part number stamped on them. There is a shallow chassis mounted on the floor with 2 transformers on it. There are screw terminals with multiple taps on it, I’m guessing the crossover is built into that. I really hope this helps,
Mauro
Ps. If you need any other info let me know.

Mauro, could I possibly get another pic of the transformer unit and most important is the color wires and the terminals they go to.
You guys are great. I now realize that mine didn't have a tweeter and a mid-range, it's two tweeter/mid-range speakers that are most likely wired stereo. My one was bad and I just bought a pair on ebay, last ones left. I forget what other models it listed as having them, it's good they did, because I don't know of anyone parting out an AA bubbler.

Interesting, I always believed the Pyle driver speaker was a replacement as well. I bought the juke in rough shape and not working some 25 years ago. Good to know it’s likely original. Mauro

Thanks all involved, I think I have it down now, except there is no sign of a crossover network ever being in the juke. I thought the "Pyle Driver" was wrong, but it's in the one pic so I guess it's correct.
