End of 2023, Sound Leisure and Gudrun Wurlitzer found a license agreement for the name "Wurlitzer" to produce the "Wurlitzer 1015 Tribute" jukebox. https://soundleisure.com/sound-leisure-wurlitzer-tribute-1015/
Gibson doesn't own Wurlitzer any more, Wikipedia is not up to date it seems. The German Wurlitzer company, belonging for Gibson, is gone since March 2016 already. In 2018 Gibson filed for insolvency which luckily it could be prevented finally. But I think they gave up the Wurlitzer section at that time.
The trademark law was then taken over by Gudrun Wurlitzer, her daughter and her son in 2020. They all belong to the German branch of the Wurlitzer family, and Gudrun Wurlitzer is co-owner of the "Herbert Wurlitzer clarinet manufacture".
