Does anyone remember a semi-mechanical question and answer game?

It's been an extremely long time but I also seem to remember it had nixie tubes to display the player's score.

I also seem to remember it did not have a CRT either.

This particular place I seem to remember had a Seeburg 222.

This was in either the late 1960s or early 1970s.
