Andrew, The was a company West-Tech-Services who did repair them. They still have a web site. I had them rebuild my Seeburg M100A cartridge and Flock a Turntable platter for an AMI-C It still works but it has been 10 years or so. There was also a Thorpe Cartridge you might check all the Suppliers for needles and Cartridges.

And, I have seen someone on eBay selling what they are calling a "Goldhead" version M100A cartridge that is supposed to be a better version than the original M100A cart.
