This guy has worked fine for years since it’s restoration. Now, The box takes a selection but when carousel rotates to the record the tone arm comes down and right back up and carousel continues to rotate. Suggestions please. Thank you

When did you last OIL it? These old timers need oiling at least once a year and possibly twice. Oil dries out and gums up otherwise...
20W Motor oil - Blue Top 3-In-One or Zoom Spout Turbine oil works for us.
I think your tone arm cancel mechanism is seizing up due to dried out lube... Warm it up with a hair dryer on low - don't ROAST the machine! You just want to warm it up and then oil it and let the fresh oil soak in overnight.
