Is it not one of the contacts of the subtract solenoid in the pricing unit that pulls in the play control add solenoid?

It does start manually via the service switch. I visually observed the solenoid while a helper made a selection and I could see the solenoid plunger move slightly but not enough to activate motor control switch It acts like it’s only receiving a short pulse from the button selector. Thoughts??
