Rowe Encore's display is completely dark. How to start fix that?
A manual with schematics, and a voltmeter. Start with the power supply, and I forget which voltage it is or if it's on this machine, but just because the LED is lit, it doesn't mean the voltage is nearly what it should be.

Even though the display is blank, is the machine still operational via the keypad? Some rowe CD models have a small transformer mounted on the board that is known to fail. I have some displays available if needed.you can contact me off the list. Regards, Rick

He said the display is blank. But did not respond to my question as to whether or not the machine still functions. You don't need a voltmeter to know if the machine is still working by simply making a selection.
