Well it's a fairly straightforward job and I figured someone with 25 years experience would be able to figure it out... You'll have to remove the screws holding the stripper plate and slide it back somewhat for clearance when you remove the turntable. Depending on the harness that goes up thru it, you might have to pull some slack. There's two screws holding the turntable, be careful and don't drop the clips on the back side. Most times you can gently pry off the turntable but I made a little gear puller type bar using the holes in the turntable to make it easier.
