It's odd that the turntable is acting stuck. Those are belt driven. What's the turntable shaft and belts look like from the back when ratcheting? Could you possibly be talking about the carousel....when it's trying to spin...searching for a pin? I have seen this before. Dr. Know-It-All....called it the Wurli two step. I have a pic of his suggestion.....will share if this is your issue. Interested on where this goes...
