I can't seem to find the searchable archives from the list. The link at the bottom of postings doesn't work. It could be operator error, but I like to think it's not. Maybe my phone settings? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks, Jim

Seeburg AY100, record is in play and when you make any additional selection it causes the mech to trip to scan ?? I’ve never encountered this before. Any ideas?

This amp had been recapped awhile back and working properly. Owner said he went to play, powered on and a very loud hum then blew the fuse. He replaced with same value and same thing happened. Should I be looking for a shorted tube, open resistor?

Rowe CD 100 transfer motor

I have a customer that has a CD100 that the transfer motor runs continuously. I have replaced the mech control computer (6108602) and tested the cam switches. If I stop the motor manually at a selected CD it will play the CD. The optical switches are working. The scan/transfer LED is constantly on. Seeburg MRA1-L6 AMP question

I just finished installing a replacement cap kit in the above-mentioned amp. It is being used in a M100C. Using a redhead cartridge (with good needles) I'm finding the output of the amp is poor. Even with the volume maxed the output is nominal. I tested the tubes and the 6V6 drivers only read in the 50 percent range. A couple were 51 -52 but still low. Do you think a fresh set of tubes will increase the output? Regards, Rick

Seeburg V200 Does not pick up B sides (right side) records

Hey All, A jukebox hobby friend asked for my help as he really doesn’t have computer savvy. He has a V200 with a TSR1 selection receiver. When he performs the battery trick all selections are selected and played. Making a selection from the keyboard works fine for all A (left side) selections but the mech will scan twice and not pick up any B side (right side) selections? He has tried swapping the 2D21 tubes and has traced out and verified all the wiring is good with continuity. To me it sounded like a readout problem at first but the fact that it selects and plays all selections when charged by a battery kinda eliminates a readout or trip.problem and the fact that it selects and plays A sides, I think, rules out a write in problem? I was hoping someone could offer some suggestions as I’m really not good at remote troubleshooting and this seems like a very odd problem to me. Much appreciated, Mauro Sent from my iPhone

On an NSM Prestige 2 on the board is an IC 12. It's an ER-1400. I think it's a ROM. I found some but do they need to be programmed? Thanks, Tony

Seeburg R tonearm / trip issue

I’m working on a R that just came in. As the tonearm enters into the cutoff portion of the record, instead of tripping off the tonearm jumps back into the record and then repeats this process and eventually will trip. There is a good loop in the tonearm wire so no bind there. Previous owner had installed an adapter to use stereo cartridge but I don’t think there’s any issue there. Could the tonearm balance weight cause this?
