Hi All, I have this DS 100 I've been working on for some time. Thank you John for your help in the past on this jukebox. A friend of mine had this jukebox given to him. He brought it to me to get it going. It had many issues that I've resolved and now down to 2 last things I'd like to fix before giving it back to him. The AVC is activated and takes a good 10 seconds for the volume to reach it's maximum. According to the manual, I should be able to disable it by pulling the 6EU7 tube. There are 2. I pulled both and don't get any sound. I put one back in (the bottom one) and still no sound. I moved it to the top and I have sound again but still have the AVC problem. This amp has been worked on by the previous owner. It has been recapped and the 7199 tubes were changes to 6U8's. The other problem is with the pricing unit. I will post this in a new thread later.
