Also, check the two capacitors near the bass control, it’s easy to mix up the connections if you remove more than one cap at a time. I’ve also had a resistor on that control go bad and affect all bass settings.

Check the cathode bypass capacitor on the output stage, C19. Original is 20uF, 25v. Nearest standard value is 22uF which will be fine.
