Firstly, I didn't realise there were contacts on both sides - it doesn't look that way in the ebay picture (and I'm not familiar with Telecasters!). Next, the Diplomat schematic shows a 3 pole switch but looking at the diagram more closely, I don't actually see why it needs to be 3 pole? I then thought maybe they were showing it that way for clarity but that still doesn't really make sense. I looked for better pictures, there's a Hosco 3 way Telecaster switch with a spring return, might that be closer to the Rowe one in operation? There are other selling the same one and they show better photos of the other side too, showing it's 2 separate the other sets of contacts. I've tried to compare with my Tropicana one and it looks the same other than the jukebox version needs to be held down for the scan, whereas I think this one will click in all 3 places on/off/scan.
