The Cam Wheel adjustments are covered on page 42 of the manual (reference Figure 66 page 41).
There is no roller on the lever and pawl assy. that I can recall. I need to do a better scan of my original 1400 manual and add the parts section to flippers.com...perhaps Tuesday if I remember.
