This particular place I seem to remember had a Seeburg 222.

You may be thinking of Nutting's COMPUTER QUIZ which used steppers for score display and a 35MM film to project questions. We sold a few of those games in the past.
Or the first Quiz game like our 1948 TELEQUIZ in our shop which is EM.
