[Jukebox-list] R89 Strange Behavior

I'm still working on this R89 that supposedly took a lightning hit. I believe i'm almost there but now when a selection is made you hear a click from the sprag assembly but the sprag solenoid is not activating. If i reach down and manually operate the sprag lever the mag motor starts right up as soon as i let off it stops.

Also the nag motor LED on the mech controller is lit but the detent is not? I have never seen this condition before so I'm looking for answers.
