It's a network analyzer, 1-1500 MHz. Think of it as a sweep generator and/or SWR analyzer. Specific functions would depend on the plug-ins used with it.

Wiltron was acquired by Anritsu a while back, so you may find some information under the Anritsu name.

We had a complete Wiltron 360A? Network Analyzer and it went for about $3K. I have a Wiltron 560A Network Analyzer sans probes and sweep generator that didn't sell at $200.00.
