It's a network analyzer - Wiltron was taken over by Anritsu, I believe Tek had a hand in manufacturing a part of it... has plug-in modules.

$150-250 depending on condition, modules, etc.

Wiltron, Model 640, RF Analyzer, about the size of a Tektronix 7000 series oscilloscope..

I assume(?) it's some form of spectrum analyzer ??
