HeathKit Tube Tester - Very old!

Hi All - I am cleaning out my equipment stash and it's time to get rid of an old HeathKit TC-1 Dynamic Tube Checker. I am hoping that someone out there is a collector or can actually use this thing. I've had it since High School - 1959 +/- I also have a small box - about 10"x10" of used vacuum tubes that I need to get rid of also. Here is a pic of the checker: While I'm at it, I have a Hellicrafter S-40A receiver that needs to be restored. Does anyone out there know of anyone that does that kind of work? I hate to get rid of it but I may if I cannot get it working again. I've had this radio before I acquired the above tube checker/tester! Thanks es 73 to all . Denny AD6EZ <>< Goleta, CA

Non-Emergency Auto-Dial numbers for City and County may not immediately respond if Dispatch is fully engaged with 911 calls. * The phone line at the La Vigia Hill site is shared between the 146.790 and 446.400 repeaters. The phone line at Santa Ynez Peak is shared between the 224.120 and 145.180 repeaters. Both 446.400 and 145.180 repeater controllers will be taken off the phone line until reconfiguring of their respective controllers is completed. If phone calls are heard on either repeater it is for test use only. * All Emergency Auto-Dial operations are 24/7 with one exception. The City Harbor Masters office is a 7 day week 8 hour daytime business operation. If they do not answer the phone then call 911 for any harbor emergency. * All Emergency Auto-Dial calls to CHP from either repeater will go direct to CHP Dispatch which is located in Ventura. CHP does not know where you are calling from so be prepared to tell them your location and explain that you are using a two-way radio. Be aware that forwarding of your call or report by CHP to either City or County Dispatch is discretionary and may not be granted. * Testing any Emergency Auto-Dial number is not recommended with the one exception of WWV. WWV Time Check at Fort Collins is available for this purpose. * Various timers on the Emergency Auto-Dialer are disabled. Executing an on-hook command is necessary to release the line. Garage Sale

Hi everyone! Tomorrow, Saturday December 6th from 8AM to noon, I'll be holding a garage sale to see if I can reduce the amount of "stuff" here. This will be similar to a moving sale ... moving from my garage to yours :). To many things to list, but a lot of it will be Bazaar type stuff and a sampling will include things like shrink tubing, oscilloscopes (probably non-working), hand tools, air nailer, blank rack panels ($1.00/RU), helicoil inserts, a couple of 19" or so color CRT monitors, industrial temp controllers, computer games, books, etc., etc., etc. Household type stuff will include skis, ski clothing, some cookware, magazines, some ebay type stuff that I refuse to list there, glassware, and other such stuff.
