Was everyone supposed to get that alert? If so, the EBS definitely needs some serious work! I got nothing and neither did Cindy. I’m glad it was only a simulated nuclear attack/emergency scenario. However. If it was the real thing, the alert may not have helped much:-)

They mentioned that it was only going out to people that opted in for test messages, so that is why most people did not see anything. I would guess the people they sent it to are probably in the emergency response business.
