Our SB-1714 (CA "PRB-1") has passed the following votes:
Senate Local Government Committee....................6 to 0 Senate Appropriations Committee........................13 to 0 California State Senate.........................................39 to 0
We still need to have it voted on by the California Assembly. Since Senator Brulte is the Minority Leader of the Senate, that should help us get the Governor to sign. We are still trying to get some wording changed, but the main thing is that we are getting 47 CFR 97.15 language into California law and the Senate Appropriations Committee has approved an appropriation for the State of California to study the Amateur Radio antenna problem and prepare a model ordinance (with help of the ARRL).
