By unanimous vote of the SBARC Board Andrew Seybold, W6AMS, will serve as VP External Affairs. Andy is the ideal person who has an impressive background in representing SBARC. In the past year Andy has been the recipient of several national awards for his work with the public safety community. His most recent award if from the National Sheriff's Association (see enclosure). Andy will be representing SBARC as point man in forward planning and public relations.
