Saturday's rain for me in Ventura did not start falling at measurable quantities until 8pm. By midnight we got 0.7".

Very early Sunday morning, I could hear it dumping outside for a while but I was all cozy in my bed so I didn't get up. Was very surprised to see the total of Saturday and Sunday of 3.04" !! Much higher than anyone near me on the automated rainfall website got. I have a cup style 'manual' rain gauge on a fence that I use to verify what my automated rain gauge says, and it too showed the same amount.

Take a look at the rate of rain I got. 1.6" rainfall rate an hour! Incredible!
