Hello Paul, Pleased to learn of your interest in Mir. They trnsmit on a freq of 145.985 MHz FM but allow for doppler. Start about 3 to 5 KHz higher on AOS and follow them down past center freq by 3 to 5 KHz. If you have a receiver like the 736 just keep the discriminator reading centered. The SSTV mode is Robot 36. I was one of the 3 of us who built the Mir SSTV system and we chose R36 to keep transmissions short and eleminate the effects of doppler during the 36 sec transmission.
