It contains a good explanation of how "the sun's magnetic fields (old, dead sunspots) are swept up and dragged down at the solar poles to a depth of 200,000 km where the sun's magnetic dynamo can amplify them. Once the corpses are reincarnated (amplified), they become buoyant and float back to the surface. The speed of this conveyor belt sweep dictates the cycles."
Conflicting estimates of the length of the current cycle are also discussed.
