The new QRP Special Interest Group net started off last week with a BANG! With nine interested folks checking in and Wally, K7AMI running the net, things moved right along. Topics were varied and included the new Warbler 80m $45 kit, antennas for apartment dwellers -- including stealth antennas, and working New Zealand from a 1 watt mobile installation. Monday nights, right after the swap net, around 8:30 PM, come join in and check into what promises to be the net for everyone. It's on K6TZ 2 meters, 146.790 -, with PL of 131.8 Hz. See you tomorrow night. 73, Darryl Widman, KF6DI
