Hi everyone,

I want to try something a bit different this year and allow people to order cooked tri-tips ahead of time. The price will be $10.00 each either cooked or uncooked for a whole tri-tip. The uncooked weight with the extra fat cut off will probably be about 2 1/4 pounds and I expect to have about 15 tri-tips available.

If you are interested, please send an email to Jug at mike-j@ix.netcom.com with the number that you would like. These are offered on a first come/first served basis and we will also have them for sale at Hamfest if we have any left.

Tomorrow (Friday) we will be meeting at the Elk's Grove at 4:00 PM to set up the canopies, clean the tables, and put the tables in place to get ready for Hamfest on Saturday. If you can be there to help out, just show up and that will help get the job done faster.
