A rather interesting blog post I just read that hits home:

The nutshell description is that many people can't stand boredom and use TV, the iPhone, their computer, etc. as distractions. The bottom line is they then don't spend any time daydreaming or other creative pursuits.

Personally, I find myself doing the same thing ... checking email, checking the web, etc. Most interesting!!!
