* 100 to 400 square feet of indoor space, at least 8 feet high.

* Reasonably well-insulated without extreme temperature or humidity

* Lockable and safe, not in a high-crime area

* Electricity and lighting are preferred, but not required

* Reasonably priced, let's talk about it

* Accessible 7 days a week, well into the evening

* No stairs or sharp turns required for access, within 40 feet of parking

* Sharing a larger space or part of a home or business is OK, near Santa Barbara

* Looking at long-term rental (1 to 10 years)beginning in the next month
