I found the July general meeting email in the spam folder today. Attached please find the relevant headers. It looks like the DMARC configuration isn't working.

Yishen,
The email you are referencing below came from Mailchip (a bulk email sending platform). It did not originate from this list server. You have the two confused. However, I'll alert Brian (K6BPM) to your note below, as he is the one who generated the original email (via Mailchip) to which you refer and will appreciate your sleuthing.
