The packet node at La Vigia is currently down (since yesterday noon), this affects the 145.610, 223.680, and 438.950 frequencies there. Bill and I replaced the old PC controlling things by a Win98 box that will run TelPac (for Winlink). Unfortunately getting it to work with an old dual-TNC ISA card that has no documentation and an MFJ-1270+MFJ-9600 TNC for which I can't find much documentation either and whose RS-232 appears to be acting up is a little "interesting". I'll get there, but if anyone wonders why it down, this is it...

Note that the new system will use 145.050 instead of 145.610.
