FRAUD ALERT: Postings like the one in this photo have been put up throughout #Montecito & #SantaBarbara. These are NOT OFFICIAL flyers & there is NO "ground stability testing" being conducted on personal property. If anyone attempts to enter your property call 9-1-1 immediately.
