Based on my cursory review, the most useful data appears to be the "Rule of Thumb for Battery Capacity” on page 19. Other than that, the rest of the document confirms what many already know:
LiFePO4 = light, provides a higher nominal voltage (13V+) and for a longer duration at a given capacity AGM/Pb = heavy, provides a lower nominal voltage (just above 12V) for less time at the same capacity
Unless cost is a deciding factor, there are few good reasons to operate portable (or even stationary on backup power) with AGM. LiFePO4 provides higher nominal voltages for more efficient operation for a longer duration at the same Ah rating.
Nearly all radios rated for 12VDC input actually are designed to operate at closer to 14V. So the LiFePO4 is better suited regardless. The fact that LiFePO4 is lighter and lasts longer at a given capacity is a bonus for stationary ops.
