[Sbarc-list] SBARC bylaws vote and nominees

Voting on SBARC's bylaws amendment took place last night. there were 29 YES votes and seven NO votes. The amendment passed with 80.5% of ballots in favor, over the required 2/3.

Nominations for officers and directors were opened and remain open.
