It's that time again... 3rd annual
Hamfest
Vacaville, CA--Sept 2, 8 AM to 12 PM Western States Weak Signal Society,
SideWinders on Two, and the Vaca Valley Radio Club present a Saturday
Morning Hamfest at 7372 Paddon Rd., Vacaville, CA 95688... Off of either
I-80 or I-505 go west on Midway Rd turning Right onto Paddon Rd... Third
Driveway on the right... Talk in on 441.150 with a 77 PL... Also will try
and listen on 144.200 with directions on 144.210. Amateur Swap not
Computers. Bring a lawn chair and plenty of fun... I have camping room
for
those wishing to drive up the night before and the City of Vacaville has
numerous new motels at the intersection of I-505 and I-80 just 5 miles
away... There are two commerical camping centers just one mile away on
Midway. Let me know if any specific are needed...
Lots of goodies again this year... Dual Band UHF/VHF All mode, antennas,
books, connectors and etc...
