I won't try to address questions that there are more experienced people here to address.

I will say that, in the antique radio business, LED replacements for original fluorescent tubes often cause buzz and squeal in the tube electronics. LED replacements for small lamps, like 47s are fine. It might be that since jukes don't have receiver components the LED replacements will be fine.

Victory Glass or a local glass shop, sold by the foot. Measure the thickness of the glass.

If factory, typically a diffuser and a fluorescent tube under the keyboard area. If custom, well, custom. If you *really* want to get creative, govee.com strip lights.

Possibly. LEDs produce a lot less heat and UV than fluorescents.

I'd just buy LED replacements for the existing fluorescent tubes. They typically are available in two types, one keeps the ballast ant the other eliminates it.
