I have checked the fuses and replaced the ballasts. When I changed the tube, it came on for a second then went off. It won’t take a selection now and is dark. Sent from my iPhone
Did you check the fuses with a meter or with your eye ?
Have you tried rotating the tube ?
You don't mention the tube starter, did you change that ?
Pop out a pin on the selection drum on the right hand side. Does the carousel spin and play if you do that ?

If you have miswired or shorted the ballast the lamp may blow immediately and possibly take out a fuse.
