Hi, I installed a rebuilt RCSU3 stepper in my 222 Seeburg. (It replaces the TJU2 Tormat Junction Unit). My Tormat Selector is Type TSU1...Code A) Once installed the jukebox will not play any selections ending with the number "1" (A1, B1.....etc.) made from the wallbox nor from the jukebox selection buttons. All other selections work fine. When I put the Tormat Junction Unit back in place of the stepper, all selections including those with number "1" work fine. Stepper units are foreign to me and I can not find much info online. My Seeburg manual has a couple of pages on adjustments but nothing on trouble shooting. I'm thinking that something is not resetting completely or there are dirty relay contacts somewhere. I'm not certain if it matters but the 3-pin plug on the TJU2 has 3 contacts and the plug on the RCSU3 only has 2 contacts. Can someone point me in the correct direction to start looking?
Thanks in advance, Bruce
Did you move the jumper settings on the Electrical Selector? If you have the manual I recall it’s outlined when adding a stepper.
If not I can scan that page and email it to you

Rick,
I have the service manual and the installation and trouble shooting manual. Neither one has information on the stepper other than one can be connected. No instructions on changing jumpers.
I would greatly appreciate a scanned page on moving the jumper settings.
Thank you, Bruce
Bruce. Forgot to ask. Did the juke make digit 1 selections normally prior to installing the stepper??

Problem solved. There was a bad connection on top of the stepper number plate.
I’ve been following this. Thanks for posting what the problem was.
