Yuma Hamfest, SW Division Convention February 18-19

The Yuma Hamfest registration has just opened up. They have added one
new thing allowing dry Camping on Wednesday. I've sent an email to the
organizers to find out if restrooms will be available, and if we can
camp out at our tailgating spot.
