Folks:
As many of you know Andy and I collaborate on supporting the
technology base in the South Coast through SBTAC. The
Telecommunications Advisory Council is made up of professional
engineers and administrative planners. Many of the contributors are
closely aligned with SBARC while others are industry personnel with a
high degree of professional background. The infrastructure knowledge
we gain on a daily basis is a "leader-follower" concept wherein SBTAC
is helping guide amateur radio and SBARC into community related
telecommunications projects. Read the below article, it will provide
insight and possible concepts into partnership agreements between
amateur radio and the community.
