On August 19, 2008, Ken Owen N6KTH and numerous SBARC and Boy Scout
participants contacted the International Space Station from the UCSB campus
near Santa Barbara, California. Rod Fritz WB9KMO and Michael Barber W6MRB
recorded the video.
